Royal Poinciana Plaza is a mixed-use retail and office complex situated at the southwest corner of Royal Poinciana Way and Cocoanut Row, which is one of the three main entrances to the island of Palm Beach, Florida. The brochure presented was designed to promote their available realistate to retailers and offices who would be potential tenants of the community.

Beautiful photography and specialty paper was used along with creative layout to achieve a tropical upscale “Palm Beach, FL” look and feel.
